- When making a decision about social, economic, and political issues you have to think about the money and how it can affect the government and different countries which may make it difficult to come to a conclusion.

- If an area bans pesticides and fertilizers to clean up the water supply this would negatively affect farmers and other food resources in that area. The reason for this is because they use pesticides and fertilizers to grow the food but banning them would be better for marine life.

- The decision-making point where social, economic and political issues begin to affect science are how problems are resolved. Science has recognized the problem, it doesn't mean that science is used to fix it inherently, but also the political advantage is used to change the narrative.

- If I were in charge of taking the decision to help clean up the city's dirty water, I'm going to stop all use of chemicals because they have the biggest environmental effects on water pollution.

- Economics determines how much money is required to fund scientific research. Government funding comes from the national economy, which decides whether or not any research projects can be carried out. Politics influences research by passing laws that directly affects science.

I got 100% on my 04.01 Conservation assignment so I hope you do too.
