20c + 10m = 495..............(1)

8c + 1m = 178.5.................(2)

Now ,  equation (2) * 10 = 80c + 10m = 1785...........(3)

So, Eq. (3) -  Eq(1) =

80c + 10m - 20c - 10m = 1785 - 495

60c = 1290

c= 21.5
