Answer:

in series, R1 + R2 = RT

6 + R2 = 10

R2 = 4

IN SERIES COMBINATION,

CURRENT REMAINS THE SAME.

IT = VT/RT

IT = 20/10

= 2A

I remains the same in series, hence

I1 = 2A

I2 = 2A

V1 = I R1

= 2 x 6

= 12V

V2 = I R2

= 2 X 4

= 8V

P1 = I2R

= 2 X 2 X 6

= 24 W

P2 = I2R

= 2X 2X 4

= 16 W

TOTAL POWER = P1 + P2

= 40W

A child with a mass of 20 kg sits at a distance of 2 m from the pivot point of a seesaw. where should a 16-kg child sit to balan
Maksim231197 [3]
In the above problem, we need to find mass of the second child, so that the Center of Mass remains at the origin( pivot).

CM= m1r1+m2r2/m1+m2
0= 20*-2+16*r2/20+16
r2= 40/16
r2= +2.5 m

PLEASE HELP!!
astraxan [27]

Answer:

Explanation:

\lambda\\ = v/f

^That is the formula we are going to use.

Now, we were given the speed (v), which is 20.

Now we need to find frequency, in order to solve for the wavelength.

Frequency is the amount of waves in a fixed unit of one second, meaning our F value is the value of 5 divided by 4.

5/4 = 1.25

Therefore our F is 1.25

Now lets plug it in

\lambda\\ = v/f

\lambda\\ = 20/1.25

\lambda\\ = 16

Conversion:

\lambda\\ = 8
