You would be isolating that person and basically treating them like a baby you need to hold a few feet away from you by doing that, which can be seen as BEYOND disrespectful to the person (because it is). All of the other stuff could actually help and benefit this worker because it might fix inconveniences in the workspace, but B is unnecessary and disrespectful.
