Answer:

Weathering describes the breaking down or dissolving of rocks and minerals on the surface of the Earth. Water, ice, acids, salts, plants, animals, and changes in temperature are all agents of weathering. Once a rock has been broken down, a process called erosion transports the bits of rock and mineral away.

Explanation:

because weather is breaking down or dissolving of rocks and minerals on earth surface.

Answer:

Rocks are always being weathered.

Explanation:

Rocks are constantly being weathered and evidence of this is apparent through simple logic. To prove that rocks are always being weathered, we must first examine the major eroding forces in nature. These forces include water, wind, and etc. This means that as long as one of these forces are present, the rocks will weather. These forces are in fact always present (there will always be at least one place on Earth where the wind blows or one place on Earth were water is running). Thus, my answer is proven.

il63 [147K]

Answer:

I have provided the pie chart for the 2010 US federal budget. It can be seen that Social Security, the Military, and Unemployment benefits make up about half of expenditure.

Social Security and Unemployment benefits are mandatory spending, spending that cannot be avoided unless congress decides to do so, while the military budget is part of discretionary spending, which can be either increased or reduced at the president's discretion.
