Mathematics

Answer:

25 grams of protein

Step-by-step explanation:

10 grams of protein is in 1 cup of milk.

To understand how many grams of protein are in 0.5 cups of milk, I would need to divide 10 by 2, to get 5.

There are 5 grams of protein in 0.5 cups of milk.

Now if I want to see how many grams of protein are in 2 cups of milk, I would multiply 10 by 2, to get 20.

There are 20 grams of protein in 2 cups of milk.

But, the question is asking for how much protein is in 2.5 cups of milk.

Since we know how much is in 2 cups, and 0.5, we can just add them together, because 2+0.5 is 2.5.

20+5 is 25 grams.

There are 25 grams of protein in 2.5 cups of milk.

Solve for P if E = 2.50 and r = 2.00 given that E = P4πr2
const2013 [10]

Answer:

P = 0.05

Step-by-step explanation:

E = P4πr²

2.50 = P4π(2)²

2.50 = P4π4

2.50 = P(50.265)

P = 0.05

Graph the function f(x) = x3 – 5x2 + 6x using the graphing calculator. What are the solutions to the related equation? Check all
Juli2301 [7.4K]

the solutions to the related equation are 0,2,3 .

<u>Step-by-step explanation:</u>

Here we have , function  f(x) = x3 – 5x2 + 6x . Graph of this function is given below  . We need to find What are the solutions to the related equation . Let's find out:

Solution of graph means the  value of x at which the value of f(x) or function is zero . We can determine this by seeing the graph as at what value of x does the graph intersect or cut x-axis !

At x = 0 .

From the graph , at x=0 we have f(x) = 0 i.e.

⇒ f(x) = x^3- 5x^2 + 6x

⇒ f(0) = 0^3- 5(0)^2 + 6(0)

⇒ f(0) =0

At x = 2 .

From the graph , at x=2 we have f(x) = 0 i.e.

⇒ f(x) = x^3- 5x^2 + 6x

⇒ f(0) = 2^3- 5(2)^2 + 6(2)

⇒ f(0) =0

At x=3 .

From the graph , at x=3 we have f(x) = 0 i.e.

⇒ f(x) = x^3- 5x^2 + 6x

⇒ f(0) = 3^3- 5(3)^2 + 6(3)

⇒ f(0) =0

Therefore , the solutions to the related equation are 0,2,3 .
