However, as I look throughout my life (now and in the past), I realize that the situations, relationships, and experiences that cause me the greatest stress and frustration, are almost always the ones where I’m not being flexible. And, on the flip side, the more flexible I am – the more peace, ease, and fulfillment become available.

Today, more than ever, we are challenged to be flexible – in our work, our relationships, and in every other important aspect of our lives. However, due to our own fear, arrogance, resistance, stress, and obsession with being right, we often end up being inflexible to our own detriment and to the frustration of those around us (or so I’ve been told).

Being flexible is not about being weak or passive. Flexibility is a conscious choice, a powerful skill, and a valuable approach to the ever-changing, always-evolving world we live in. We can be firm in our convictions, passionate about our beliefs, and clear about our intentions, and at the same time be flexible enough to make significant changes and be open to new ideas along the way.

Flexibility is important because it improves our overall health. It helps with our mobility, muscle coordination and reduces the risk of injuries. By stretching and increasing your flexibility, you allow more blood flow to your muscles. This can help with heart problems and other muscle related injuries. A great way to increase your flexibility is be attending a yoga class or even doing simple stretches in your living room.

If you suffer from one of these problems, or suspect that you may be developing them, the best thing to do is to seek professional help. However, I understand that consultations with psychologists and psychiatrists can be very expensive and many readers may be in financial trouble to afford this type of medical monitoring. In that case, you can count on your community. Yes, with your city, it seems unreal, but communities have developed several programs to help people with psychological problems.

First, you can look for universities in your region, as most of them have community service programs, where psychology / psychiatry students can assist patients and gain experience in their professions. There are also voluntary groups that serve the communities of grace and can greatly improve their condition.

If your city has none of these things, you can call the "Life Valuation Center" and ask for advice on your problems.

We know that asking for help is a very big step and requires courage, which is often difficult to have, but I know that you are strong and that you can overcome any problem.

The overload princiole could make this workout more challenging as this is a full body workout and the point of overload is to push ur body until you cant do anymore which will cause you to achieve strength and muscle mass faster than small workouts. this specifically is good because its a full body workout and you will push your body to the best of its abilities.
