Answer:

A physically healthy person usually maintains a normal weight

Individuals who have a underweight or overweight body do not work efficiently and as a result deficiencies and disorders make a room in body which means is calling for sickness. A healthy individual maintains normal weight which is ideal for his height.

Mental and social characteristics of a healthy person can be such as:

They feel good about themselves.

They do not become overwhelmed by emotions, such as fear, jealousy, guilt, or anxiety.

They feel comfortable socialising with other people.
