Atoms are the building blocks of all matter and the smallest part of a chemical element. All matter, from our bodies and the air we breathe, the Eiffiel Tower, books,

Atoms are mostly empty space. At its center, there is a nucleus which is where the majority of its mass is located. Tiny particles called protons and neutrons make up the nucleus. Protons have a positive electric charge while neutrons don't have any charge. Electrons circle around the nucleus just like all the planets in our solar system orbit orbit around the brightest star in the sky, the sun.

Speed uses distance and velocity uses displacement in its calculation.

For 100 m race, distance = displacement. Hence speed = velocity

For 400m race, distance ≠ displacement. distance = 400m whereas displacement = 0m. Hence speed ≠ velocity

Answer:

Newton's Second Law of Motion says that acceleration (gaining speed) happens when a force acts on a mass . Riding your bicycle is a good example of this law of motion at work. Your bicycle is the mass. Your leg muscles pushing pushing on the pedals of your bicycle is the force.
