Answer:

6m/s

Explanation:

 • Acclⁿ = 3m/s²
 • Displacement = 6m .
 • Initial velocity = 0m/s .
 • Final velocity = ?

We know that ,

\longrightarrow 2as = v² - u²

\longrightarrow 2 * 3m/s² * 6m = v² - (0)²

\longrightarrow v² = 36m²/s²

\longrightarrow v = √36 m²/s²

\longrightarrow v = 6m/s

Why do areas with low altitude have warmer air than areas with high altitude
barxatty [35]

Answer:

Air at higher altitude is under less pressure than air at lower altitude because there is less weight of air above it, so it expands (and cools), while air at lower altitude is under more pressure so it contracts (and heats up).

Hope that helped

Suppose your vehicle is moving 12m/s as it crosses the 7m line. It took 6 seconds to get to the 7m line. What was its accelerati
Inga [223]

Answer:

3.61 m/s²

Explanation:

Given:

v = 12 m/s

x = 7 m

x₀ = 0 m

t = 6 s

Find:

a

x = x₀ + vt - ½ at²

7 m = 0 m + (12 m/s) (6 s) - ½ a (6 s)²

a = 3.61 m/s²

Velocity of sound increases on a cloudy day. Why?
Nat2105 [25]
The density of air reduces as humidity and amount of water in the air increases. The speed of sound is inversely proportional to the root of density, therefore sound travels faster on a cloudy day than on a dry day so, velocity of sound increase.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! CORRECT ANSWER ONLY PLEASE!!!
Ulleksa [173]

Velocity = distance / time

So: The time in which the wave propagates through air which is its medium along with the distance the wave travels so a point are needed to give us our velocity.

In this case we only have velocity and time

So lets rearrange our equation to fit what we are solving for: distance

Vt = d

Now plug in our values:

(330)(0.40) = d

d = 132 m

So the distance between you and your neighbor is 132 m as they perceive the sound at time t= 0.4 and a speed of sound of 330 m/s.
