From the viewpoint of the earth, a solar eclipse is happening in this image.

A solar eclipse is said to occur when the moon positions itself in-between the sun and the earth.

When this happens, a shadow of the moon is cast on the earth.

The parts of the earth where the shadow of the moon completely blocks light from the sun are called the umbra regions while the parts of the earth were the light from the sun is still partially visible are called the penumbra regions.

Answer:

Solar eclipse

Explanation:

A solar eclipse occurs when a portion of the Earth is engulfed in a shadow cast by the Moon which fully or partially blocks sunlight. This occurs when the Sun, Moon and Earth are aligned. Such alignment coincides with a new moon indicating the Moon

Answer: 2Ag^{+}(aq)+CO_3^{2-}(aq)\rightarrow Ag_2CO_3(s)

Explanation:

Spectator ions are defined as the ions which does not get involved in a chemical equation or they are ions which are found on both the sides of the chemical reaction present in ionic form.

The given chemical equation is:

2AgF(aq)+Na_2CO_3(aq)\rightarrow Ag_2CO_3(s)+2NaF(aq)

The complete ionic equation is;

2Ag^{+}(aq)+2F^-(aq)+2Na^+(aq)+CO_3^{2-}(aq)\rightarrow Ag_2CO_3(s)+2Na^+(aq)+2F^-(aq)

The ions which are present on both the sides of the equation are Na^+ and F^- and are not involved in net ionic equation.

Hence, the net ionic equation is :

2Ag^{+}(aq)+CO_3^{2-}(aq)\rightarrow Ag_2CO_3(s)

Drag each label to the correct location. Match the climate zones to their relative temperature levels. (coldest zonehottest zone
andriy [413]

Answer:

Polar Zones - Coldest Temperature

Temperate Zones - Moderate Temperature

Tropical Zones - Hottest Temperature

Explanation:

The closer you are to the Equator, the hotter it gets, as the sun hits the middle of the Earth the most. At the poles, the sun hits it there the least, so it is the coldest. In between, we would have a mild between hot and cold.

*Remember that the Earth is at a tilt, and that is why we have seasons and why the Equator is so hot and the Poles are so cold.
