Hai there :3 I'm planning to study chemical engineering.
Question related to Biochemistry (Photosynthesis & Cellular Respiration)
1. Chemiosmosis. In the process of chemiosmosis, specific enzymes (such as ATP synthase) create ATP. Hydrogen ions go from a higher proton concentration to a lower one, which is why it's called chemio"osmosis"
2. Electron Transport Chain (ETC). The name says it all. Simply explained, electrons are transported and transferred in the mitochondrial membrane.
3. Oxygen. O2, the diatomic molecule, is essential in respiration. In the final stage of respiration, at the near end of the electron transport chain, oxygen accepts protons to become water. Cells use O2 during oxidative phosphorylation.
4. NADPH. I remember learning what this acronym means by heart. Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate Hydrogen. NADPH is essential in photosynthesis as a typical coenzyme in the reduction of chemical reactions.
Ans. (4). protein synthesis.
Protein synthesis can be defined as a process that involves formation of polypeptides or proteins by using information present in DNA. It is divided into two steps, transcription and translation.
During transcription, DNA is transcribed into mRNA and information present in DNA is transferred to mRNA as codons. Codons represent triplet of nucleotides and each codon codes for a specific codon.
Translation involves formation of protein, during which amino acids are added to the growing polypeptide chain with the help of codons.
The given diagram represents process of translation. Thus, the correct answer is option (4).

This is strong evidence for the hypothesis that the chroloplast originated ais a symbiotic cyanobacteriam that became permanentely incorporated into its host.the complete genome sequence of cyanobacteria and of the higher plant arabidopsis thaliana leave no doubt tha chroloplast originated through endosymbiosis from a cyanobacteriam
During the nursing assessment of a female who is taking oral contraceptives, it is important to obtain information like history of menstrual cycle, weight gain/weight loss details etc.
Explanation:
Oral contraceptives are medications that prevent pregnancy. They are also known as birth control pills. They are hormonal preparations that may contain combinations of the hormones estrogen and progestin or progestin alone.
During the nursing assessment of a female who is taking oral contraceptives it is important to know about the patient's history. They should get information like head ache, weight gain/ weight loss details, irregular bleeding and mood changes.
Other important details that need to be taken are age of the patient, how frequently patient is taking oral contraceptive, number of children the patient have, any previous abortion etc.
