The 3 major parts of the cell are :
Plasma Membrane - the outer covering of the cell that encloses the cytoplasm.
Cytoplasm - the jelly like matrix within the cell that contains the various organelles.
Nucleus - round and usually centrally placed structure that controls the various activities of the cell.

The Earth is approximately 150 million kilometers away from the Sun. If light travels at a speed of approximately 300,000 kilome
evablogger [386]

The correct answer to the question is 8.33 minutes.

CALCULATION:

The distance of earth from sun s = 150 million km.

We know one million = 10 lakh = 10^6

Also 1 km = 10^3\ m

Hence, the distance s = 150\times 10^6\times 10^3\ m

                                     = 15\times 10^{10}\ m

The speed of light c = 300,000 km per second

                                  = 3\times 10^8\ m/s

We are asked to calculate the time.

The time of the reaching earth is calculated as -

                                         time=\ \frac{distance}{velocity}

                                         t=\ \frac{s}{c}

                                                =\ \frac{15\times 10^{10}} {3\times 10^8}\ second

                                                =\ 500\ seconds

We know one minute = 60 second.

Hence, 500  seconds = \frac{500}{60}\ minute

                                     = 8.33\ minute       [ans]

a person carries a plank of wood 2.00 m long with one hand pushing down on it at one end with a force f1 and the other hand hold
yKpoI14uk [10]

The magnitudes of forces at F₁ and F₂ are :

F₁ = 3924 N

F₂ = 4120.2 N

We know that force is the amount of strength required to move a body. The magnitude of force is the sum of all the strengths applied on the body which is exerted by each force together on a particular body.

Given,

Length of plank = 2 m

Force on one end = F₁

Force on the other end = F₂

F₂ is applied to a point which is 0.5 m from the other end

Mass of plank = 20 kg.

Now let us calculate the magnitudes of the forces applied:-

1) Balance of angular momentum around the end where F₁ is applied.

F₂ × 0.5m - F₁ × 0 = mass × g × 1m

⇒ F₂ × 0.5 m= 20 kg × 9.81 m/s² × 1 m = 1,962 N×m

F₂ = 196.2 Nm / 0.5m = 3,924 N

2) Balance of forces

F₁ - F₂ = mg

F₁ = F₂ + mg = 3,924N + 20kg (9.81 m/s²) = 4,120.2 N

Therefore the magnitude of force F₁ is 3924 N and of force F₂ is 4120.2 N.

All the outer planet have rings, but the planet with the most complex
Slav-nsk [51]
All the outer planet have rings, but the planet with the most complex rings is Saturn.
Saturn is the second largest planet. Galilio Galilei first observed the ring system of Saturn in 1610.  Saturn is best known for its fabulous ring system with countless small particles, ranging from μm to m in size.
