M = Slope

(4,-1) = Vertical Intercept

Slope can be found by puting y/x which is 2/3 meaning the slope would be 0.66, but x+1 would change the vertices intercept. Keep in mind my math is NOT perfect as I am also still learning slope and linear relationships.
