"Chief accelerator" is an American idiom. The term "communist virus" must also have come from the United States. Since the outbr

eak of the virus, the whole world has been affected. China has achieved good results in epidemic prevention and control, and also offered some help to other countries. We have worked together to overcome difficulties.

Which property does not apply to a motor? A. It uses an electromagnet. B. The direction of current changes twice during the rota
Rufina [12.5K]

Answer:

Explanation:

A motor converts electrical energy to mechanical energy. A current carrying coil is placed between electromagnets. A magnetic force is exerted on the coil which makes it rotate. The direction of current changes twice during the rotation of the coil. An outside source of electric current is used.

Thus, the wrong statement is D. It converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. It is the generator which converts mechanical energy into electrical energy.

A student obtained a clean dry glass-stoppered flask. she weighed the flask and stopper on an analytical balance and found the t
svetoff [14.1K]
29.213 cm3

First, calculate the mass of the water used. You do this by subtracting the original mass of the flask from the combined mass of the water and flask, giving:60.735 g - 31.601 g = 29.134 g
So we now know we have 29.134 g of water. To calculate the volume of the flask, simply divide by the density of the water, giving:29.134 g / (0.9973 g/cm3) = 29.213 cm3

If your speed changes from 10 km/h to 6 km/h, you have a(n) ______ acceleration.
Delicious77 [7]

If your speed changes from 10 km/h to 6 km/h then
you have an acceleration.

Whether it's a positive or negative one completely depends
on which direction you decided to call the positive direction,
when you started considering your speed and its changes.

If you decided to call the direction in which you're traveling
the positive direction, then a decrease in your speed is a
negative acceleration.

But you could just as easily have said that you're traveling
in the negative direction.  If you did that, then a decrease in
your speed would be a positive acceleration.

It's completely up to you, and how you define things.
