Well, "outcompeting" means that they hunt the same food, live in the same area etc, etc. but one of the two species beat the other species to everything the species share, like, it beats the other species in their competition for whatever they need. onece you know the defenition, you should be able to figure it out from there...

Also, IT'S IN THE NAME, it says "Resources" right there! (don't blame u if u didn't notice).

I would say C is the answer because they would be out competing them for those resources
