Triangle area = 8 x 3/2

= 12

12 x 2 = 24cm^2 for 2 triangles

Height of rectangle must be found, so use pythag on triangle

a^2+ b^2 = c^2

16 + 9 =c^2

C=5

A= 5 x 12

= 60

60 x 3 triangles in total is 180cm^2

180cm^2 + 24cm^2 = 204cm^2

Ans: 204cm^2
