I would say making sure all the information on the patient's form is correct & that you have number of relative or someone close to them to call in case of emergency. also probably whether they'll be able to afford the treatment or how will they pay for it /what insurance? stuff like that :)

FrozenT [24]

Answer:

A) Arteries carry blood away from the heart

Explanation:

Arteries are one of the types of blood vessels present in the human body which can be characterized by thick walls.

Arteries refer to the blood vessel which carries blood away from the heart to the body organs. In the organisms, the blood vessel becomes thinner and are known as the capillaries.

Since the body requires oxygen, therefore, arteries carry the oxygenated blood when it leaves the heart. Although most arteries carry the oxygenated blood two arteries which do not carry the oxygenated blood are umbilical and pulmonary arteries.

Thus, the selected option is the correct answer.

cestrela7 [59]

Answer: (c) the development of antimicrobial-resistant antigens

Explanation: The major implication that will arise for not completing the antibiotics meant to terminate microbes as prescribed is the “development of antimicrobial-resistant antigens”.

However, these antigens are primarily used to fight against microbes invasion into the body, but due to the inconsistency that occurs during the use of medication as prescribed, it will results to resistance of antigens which is supposed to stimulate an immune response to fight already established microbes in the body system.

Thus, as the resistance continue over time, the medication will become ineffective to terminate the invading microbes causing complications in the body system.
