Answer:

Honestly, Bill Can not sue Tom

Explanation:

Firstly I don't know the contractual agreement between Tom and Bill, but based on the fact that Tom informed Bill of the latest happenings as regards the umbrella,

Hence Bill is well Informed.

Now Bill tested his umbrella and they were OK, it doesn't rule out the fact and the possibility of 14 out 100 to be bad, this can be in a form of factory error.

The following account balances were drawn from the financial statements of Grayson Company: Cash $ 5,000 Accounts payable $ 1,55
Anestetic [448]

Answer:

The balance of Common Stock for Grayson Company is $8,300

Explanation:

For computing the common stock value, first we have to compute the ending retained earning balance which is shown below

= Beginning retained earning balance + revenues - expenses

= $3,300 + $10,100 - $7,550

= $5,850

Thus, the ending balance is $5,850

Now by applying the accounting equation we can compute the common stock value

Accounting equation is equals to

Assets = Liabilities + Equity

where,

Assets = Cash + Accounts receivable + Land

           = $5,000 + $2,100 + $8,600

           = $15,700

Liabilities = Accounts payable = $1,550

And, Equity = Ending Retained earnings balance + common stock

                   = $5,850 + common stock

Now, apply the above accounting equation which is shown below:

$15,700 = $1,550 + $5,850 + common stock

$15,700 = $7,400 + common stock

So, common stock = $8,300

Hence, the balance of Common Stock for Grayson Company is $8,300

liraira [26]

Answer:

Total PV= $15,103.49

Explanation:

Giving the following information:

Cf1= 4,500

Cf2= 5,700

Cf3= 8,000

Discount rate= 9%

<u>To calculate the present value, we need to use the following formula on each cash flow:</u>

PV= FV/(1+i)^n

Cf1= 4,500/(1.09)= $4,128.44

Cf2= 5,700/1.09^2= $4,797.58

Cf3= 8,000/1.09^3= $6,177.47

Total PV= $15,103.49

There is no toll charge to drive on freeway A. If there is freeway congestion at 9 a.m., there will be greater freeway congestio
viktelen [127]

Answer:

5

Explanation:

If there is greater freeway congestion at 11 a.m than at 9am, it means that more people are using the road at 11am compared to 9am. This means that the demand to drive on the freeway at 11 a.m. is greater than the demand to drive on the freeway at 9 a.m.

If more people carpool at 11 a.m. than at 9 a.m, there would be less cars on the road at 11am. this would make the freeway less congested at 11am when compared to 9am
