The energy that is being created is kinetic energy

Kinetic energy= 45,000 joules

Kinetic energy can be described as the energy that is gotten when a body  is in motion

mass= 100 kg

velocity= 30m/s

K.E= 1/2 × 100 × 30²

= 0.5 × 100 × 900

= 45,000

Hence the amount of work done is 45,000 joules
