Aspartame =   C 14 H 18 N 2 O 5

    the mole weight of this is  

           C = 12.011 x 14

           H = 1.008 x 18

           N = 14.007 x 2

           O = 15.999 x 5               total = 294.307 gm /mole

1 gm / 294.307 gm / mole    * 6.022 x 10^23  * 18 atoms/mole = answer
