The speed will be 0.2 m/s and the velocity will be 0 m/s.

Speed = Total Distance / Total time

We have given total distance as ( 50 + 95 ) metres and total time as 12 minutes or we can say 720 seconds.

Speed = 145/ 720 m/s

Speed = 0.2 m/s

Velocity = Total Displacement / Total time

As the initial and final is the home, hence the net displacement is 0 in that case.

In this case also the total time we have given is 12 minutes or we can say 720 seconds.

Velocity = 0 / 720 m/s

Velocity = 0 m/s

So to conclude with we can say that the speed is 0.2 m/s and the velocity is 0 m/s.

A rocket blasts off from the Earth's surface. During the initial phase of flight, the engine of the rocket burns fuel at a rate
Katen [24]

Answer:

αβ = Ma

Explanation:

By Newton's 2nd Law, the equation governing the motion of the rocket while the rocket is burning fuel is

αβ = Ma where α = rocket's fuel burning rate, β = relative to the velocity of the rocket, M = instantaneous mass of the rocket and a = acceleration of rocket.

Answer:

The Fruit juice should be put in the cooler, because it has the greatest heat capacity and will therefore, absorb the most heat for each degree it increases in temperature.

Explanation:

in order to understand the answer above we need to know what specific heat capacity is

       Specific heat capacity can be defined as the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of a unit mass of a substance by one degree

     Looking at the specific heat of each substance suggested we see that the fruit juice has a higher specific heat capacity than others this is because it contains a higher amount of water , generally liquid states of substances have a higher specific heat capacity than other states. The specific heat capacity of fruit juice being the highest among the suggested substances means that it can absorb more heat for each degree temperature of refrigerator.
