When a nurse is planning for learning, the nurse and the patient must decide who should be included in the learning sessions.

Nurse is a person who takes care of a sick person. A patient is the one who is sick and is receiving some kind of treatment.

When deciding about the learning lessons, having opinions of the patient is essential because they will feel valued. This will also develop the interest of the patient towards learning because when someone decides for themselves, they feel more determined. This decision will also make the task of nurse easy because the patient will be cooperative and understanding.

Mumz [18]
Traveling, change, and falling in love are all considered good stress. Good stress can turn into bad stress. Good stress can also motivate you and keep you going, but if you no longer feel motivated then the good stress can change to bad stress and cause problems.

The nurse is caring for a patient with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation that takes digoxin and a thiazide diuretic.
Veronika [31]

Answer:

"I'm not really hungry for lunch. I feel so nauseated and tired."

Explanation:

"I'm not really hungry for lunch. I feel so nauseated and tired."

Drug therapy with digoxin and potassium-losing diuretics (thiazides or loop diuretics) may lead to hypokalemia. The presence of hypokalemia while the patient is on digoxin may lead to digoxin toxicity. Signs of early digoxin toxicity include anorexia, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, headache, depression, and visual changes. Slightly swollen ankles are an expected finding with chronic heart failure; frequent urination is an expected effect of the diuretic. The heart rate of 90 beats/minute is normal.
