What is a French tip catheter?

Coudé is French for “bend” therefore a coudé catheter is a type of catheter that is mostly straight but has a tip that curves/bends slightly.

Some people refer to these types of catheters as a bent tip catheter—they are the same thing and used interchangeably.

There are three main types of catheters: indwelling catheters. external catheters. short-term catheters.

If you have a blockage or enlarged prostate, coudé tip catheters will be more comfortable and relieve any discomfort. The slight curve helps to reduce friction and cause less irritation. If you have strictures, a coudé tip will be your best option.

Suppose Jamie is really interested in roads. She finds intense pleasure in looking at maps and memorizing every road on it. One
Oduvanchick [21]

Answer:

The correct answer is option A.

Explanation:

This scenario can be used to show that both, Hedonistic and desire-fulfillment theories are true. Hedonism exposes that, to be happy, pleasure should preponderate over pain, even if a person does not fulfill his or her dreams. In this case, Jamie prefers to get pleasure by looking at roads even if she has to decline that job, which could be a good one. Moreover, desire-fulfillment theory expresses that the fulfillment of a person´s desires helps him or her achieve happiness. Since Jamie declines her job to accomplish her desire of spending time looking at roads, she contributes to her happiness.
