If your heart is weak and inefficient it can struggle to pump blood to the muscles being used. Without this blood oxygen cannot be delivered to the muscles hence the exercises become very difficult. This is why it is important to look after your heart, and ensure it is healthy before undertaking strenuous exercise.

Discuss the impact that blocked vessels have on blood pressure. How would this impact overall health?
Softa [21]
Well with blocked vessels, lets use plaque buildup as the reason for blocked vessels. It's Like trying to match together two puzzle pieces that don't fit. The piece if forced together, will be a tight fit much like how blood cells/platelets trying to fit through a small area. The pressure will be increase because the more pressure that is being put on will help to push blood through a clotted area.
