Physical health

1. Exercise regularly: Take a walk, ride a bike, or jog around the neighborhood. During inclement weather, head to the local mall or exercise at home.

2. Get a goodnight sleep: Sleep allows the body to restore itself, cells to repair themselves, and the brain to reboot. Seven or eight hours each night should do the trick.

3. Drink more water and fewer sugary drinks: Staying properly hydrated helps the body's cells to function more efficiently. Cutting back on sugary drinks is good for your dental health, your weight, and your budget.

Physical fitness

1. Balance: exercises can make it easier to walk on uneven surfaces and help prevent falls. To improve your balance, try tai chi or exercises like standing on one leg

2. Flexibility: exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Yoga and doing various stretches can make you more flexible.

3. Strength, or resistance training: exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.

Why do you think the humanistic approach is important
Fofino [41]

Answer:

As it developed, humanistic psychology focused on each individual's potential and stressed the importance of growth and self-actualization. The fundamental belief of humanistic psychology is that people are innately good and that mental and social problems result from deviations from this natural tendency.
