Velocity can be calculated using the following rule:
velocity = lambda * frequency where:
velocity is given = 6 km/sec
lambda is the wavelength that we want to calculate
frequency is given = 13 Hz

Substitute with the givens in the above equation to get the wavelength (lambda) as follows:
6 = 13*lambda
wavelength = 6/13 = 0.461538 Km = 461.538 meters

Arbeitsauftrag 2
kramer

Explanation:

The height of the pendulum is measured from the lowest point it reaches (point 3).

At 1, the kinetic energy of the pendulum is zero (because it is not moving), and it has maximum potential energy.

At 2, the pendulum has both kinetic and potential energy, and how much of each it has depends on its height—smaller the height greater the kinetic energy and lower the potential energy.

At 3, the height is zero; therefore, the pendulum has no potential energy, and has maximum kinetic energy.

At 4, the pendulum again gains potential energy as it climbs back up, Again how much of each forms of energy it has depends on its height.

At 5, the maximum height is reached again; therefore, the pendulum has maximum potential energy and no kinetic energy.

Hope this helps :)

How are electromagnetic waves able to travel without a medium?
vazorg [7]
Electromagnetic waves differ from mechanical waves in that they do not require a medium to propagate. this means that electromagnetic waves can travel not only trough air and solid materials, but also trough the vacuum of space.

All but two gaps within a set of Venetian blinds have been blocked off to create a double-slit system. These gaps are separated
Alecsey [184]

Answer:

Explanation:

separation between two gaps, d = 5 cm

angle between central and second order maxima, θ = 0.52°

use

d Sinθ = n λ

n = 2

0.05 x Sin 0.52° = 2 x λ

λ = 2.27 x 10^-4 m

λ = 226.9 micro metre
