This question is a yes and a no.

For the yes , if you have the cure you can tell people and even before they have to know you have a cure to the disease, the medication or what ever it is must be first tested at the science laboratory. Before you tell people.

For the no, you might be telling lies and in case you mentioned what the cure for the disease is, one can mistakingly go out there to take some of the medication or what ever it is just to cure his or her disease and it can lead to so many crisis which can cause death

What is physical health?

Physical fitness refers to a state of health and wellbeing and, more particularly, the capacity to engage in certain activities related to sports, jobs, and daily living. Physical fitness is often attained with healthy eating, moderate-intense exercise, enough rest, and a formal recovery plan.

Fitness was once understood to be the ability to complete the day's tasks without becoming overly exhausted or lethargic. The ability of the body to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, to improve the immune system, and to respond to emergency situations is now considered to be measured by physical fitness due to automation and changes in lifestyle.

solniwko [45]

The pathophysiology of dementia of the Alzheimer type is loss of volume of brain tissue as neurons deteriorate and die.

What is Alzheimer disease?

Alzheimer disease is a type of disease that affects the brain cells and it's otherwise called a neurosis.

It is a neurodegenerative disease that is characterized by dementia, that is initial memory impairment and cognitive decline.

Pathophysiology of a disease is the pathway that shows how the disease affects the physiology of the body systems.

The pathophysiology of Alzheimer's disease include:

 • The beta-amyloid deposition and neurofibrillary tangles lead to loss of synapses and neurons,

 • This results in gross atrophy of the affected areas of the brain leading to death of brain cells.
