I don't quite know what you're asking so I'll just go on a rant :) Wegener created and supported the continental drift theory, which stated that all of the continents once formed a super continent called Pangea. No one at the time believed in the theory though so he spent the rest of his life trying to find evidence to prove it. However, after he died scientists began to find information that supported his theory. When scientists began to study Earth's surface and the layers below, the theory of the tectonic plates was formed. This theory stated that Earth's crust, the lithosphere, was divided into twelve moving plates. This theory did in fact prove that Wegener's theory was correct. Another theory that proved Wegener's theory to be true was the process of Sea Floor Spreading. This theory stated that at divergent plate boundaries, new ocean floor was being created and the old was being pushed away from the boundary, the old sea floor would then be pushed to deep sea trenches created by convergent plate boundaries and essentially recycled back into the Earth. I hope this helped, sorry it is so long :)
Answer:
m = 0.51[kg]
Explanation:
Potential energy is defined as the product of mass by gravity by height.

where:
Epot = potential energy = 15 [J]
m = mass [kg]
g = gravity acceleration = 9.8 [m/s²]
h = elevation = 3 [m]
Now replacing:
![E_{pot}=m*g*h\\15=m*9.8*3\\m = 0.51[kg]](https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=E_%7Bpot%7D%3Dm%2Ag%2Ah%5C%5C15%3Dm%2A9.8%2A3%5C%5Cm%20%3D%200.51%5Bkg%5D)
Other terrestrial planets have more extreme temperatures mainly because of their atmospheres
Explanation:
for example the atmosphere of Venus is composed mainly of carbon dioxide, this carbon dioxide traps the heat or energy from the sun and makes the planet have higher temperatures. where on mars the atmosphere is very thin so it takes in lots of heat and doesn't keep it in very well so it gets very hot and very cold
Answer:
The wavelength in miles is 0.1165 miles.
Explanation:
Given:
Wavelength of the radio wave is 187.37 m.
Now, the wavelength is given in meters.
We need to convert the wavelength from meters to miles.
In order to convert meters to miles, we have to use their conversion factor.
We know that,
1 meter =
Therefore, the conversion factor is given as:

So, the wavelength in miles is given as:

Hence, the wavelength in miles is 0.1165 miles.
