Current equals 0.09 A ... you add the the resistance of 41 and 34 making equalsthem 1 series resistor, then you add the sum wid 15 ohm. therefore you devide 9 volts by dat 100 ohm sum to get current, dear

vector J is 3250m long in a 38.4 direction. Vector K is 1822 m long in a 58.8 direction. Find the magnitude and direction of the
garik1379 [7]

Answer:

The resultant vector has a magnitude of 4998 m and a direction of 45.7°.

Explanation:

The x component of the resultant vector is the sum of the x components of each individual vector.

x = 3250 cos 38.4 + 1822 cos 58.8

x = 3490.8

Similarly, the y component of the resultant vector is the sum of the y components of each individual vector.

y = 3250 sin 38.4 + 1822 sin 58.8

y = 3577.2

The magnitude can be found with Pythagorean theorem:

√(x² + y²)

√(3490.8² + 3577.2²)

4998

The direction can be found with trigonometry:

atan(y / x)

atan(3577.2 / 3490.8)

45.7°

The resultant vector has a magnitude of 4998 m and a direction of 45.7°.

Difference between horizontal and vertical motions
Free_Kalibri [48]

Answer:

This is to say that the vertical velocity changes by 9.8 m/s each second and the horizontal velocity never changes. This is indeed consistent with the fact that there is a vertical force acting upon a projectile but no horizontal force.

A _______ is a repeating disturbance or vibration that transfers or moves energy from place to place without transporting mass.
Harman [31]

Answer: wave

Explanation:

These are the basic definitions and characteristic of the terms given, which show tha the only rigth answer is the second option: wave.

1) Force is an interaction. There are four natural forces: electrostatic, gravity, strong nuclear force and weak nuclear force.

2) Wave: is a sequence of pulses or vibrations that cause the continuous transportation of energy (propagation). There is not transport of mass, only energy.

Some examples of waves are sound waves, electromagnetic waves (light, radio waves, micro waves, infrarred waves, ultraviolet waves).

3) Vacuum: is the absence of matter; empty space. Only electromagnetic waves can travel through vacuum; other waves need a medium to travel.

4) Medium: any matter is a medium: a solid, the air, a liquid, all of them are media through which waves can transport its energy, depending of the wavelength.

When two nonmetallic-sheathed cables (Type NM-B) enter a box, is it permitted to bring both of the bare equipment grounding cond
coldgirl [10]

Answer:

Not permitted

Explanation:

It's totally unacceptable to bring both of the bare equipment grounding conductor directly with the grounding terminal of a receptacle because of grounding connection removal and receptacle.

When circuit conductors are terminated on equipment within a metal box, the equipment grounding conductor associated with those circuits must be connected to box to avoid unnecessary discharge of current.

Displacement vectors of 10 m west and 14 m west make a resultant vector that is _____.
Anastaziya [24]

For this case we can write each one of the vectors in the following way:

v1 = 10 i\\v2 = 14 i

This means that the x-axis is defined as positive towards the west.

Then, the resulting vector is:

v1 + v2 = 10i + 14i\\v1 + v2 = 24 i

Answer:

Displacement vectors of 10 m west and 14 m west make a resultant vector that is 24 m west
