Answer:

How do you prove that the distance between one black dot and one white dot is one unit? You don't, because it's false. If all black dots happen to be on the line and white dots on the line (and the rest of the plane is neither white nor black), there is no such pair.

Explanation:

That is the easiest question to ask and the hardest question to ask and for me to answer, but I am 98% sure that is correct. That is impossible for that to happen. I should say that it is undefined.

Which of the following is not true about the Law of Conservation of Energy?
SVEN [57.7K]

By definition, the law of conservation of energy states that:

Ei = Ef

Where,

Ei: initial energy

Ef: final energy

Therefore, no matter the type of energy, always the final energy is equal to the final energy.

Energy can be transformed into another type of energy. For example, the potential energy can be transformed into kinetic energy.

Also, energy is not created, nor destroyed.

Answer:

The following is not true about the Law of Conservation of Energy:

A. It states that the total energy in the universe keeps increasing.

FREE BRAINIEST IF YOU ANSWER THIS
Inessa [10]

The watt is a rate, similar to something like speed (miles per hour) and other time-interval related measurements.

Specifically, watt means Joules per Second. We are given that the electrical engine has 400 watts, meaning it can make 400 joules per second. If we need 300 kJ, or 3000 Joules, then we can write an equation to solve the time it would take to reach this amount of joules:

w * t = E

w: Watts

t: Time

E: Energy required

(Watts times time is equal to the energy required)

Input our values:

400 * t = 3000

(We need to write 3000 joules instead of 300 kilojoules, since Watts is in joules per second. It's important to make sure your units are consistent in your equations)

Divide both sides by 400 to isolate t:

\frac{400t}{400} = \frac{3000}{400}

t = 7.5 (s)

It will take 7.5 seconds for the 400 W engine to produce 300 kJ of work.

Describe difference between instantaneous velocity and average velocity
Alexxandr [17]

Answer:

The instantaneous velocity is the specific rate of change of position (or displacement) with respect to time at a single point (x,t) , while average velocity is the average rate of change of position (or displacement) with respect to time over an interval.Average velocity : Average velocity of a body is defined as the change in position or displacement (Δx) divided by time interval (Δt) in which that displacement occurs.

Instantaneous velocity : The instantaneous velocity of a body is the velocity of the body at any instant of time or at any point of its path .

velocity can be positive , negative or zero.

By studying speed and velocity we come to the result that at any time interval average speed of an object is equal or more than the average but instantaneous speed is equal to instantaneous velocity.

A clay vase on a potter's wheel experiences an angular acceleration of 5.69 rad/s2 due to the application of a 16.0-n m net torq
Digiron [165]
The equivalent of the Newton's second law for rotational motions is:
\tau = I \alpha
where
\tau is the net torque acting on the object
I is its moment of inertia
\alpha is the angular acceleration of the object.

Re-arranging the formula, we get
I= \frac{\tau}{\alpha}
and since we know the net torque acting on the (vase+potter's wheel) system, \tau=16.0 Nm, and its angular acceleration, \alpha = 5.69 rad/s^2, we can calculate the moment of inertia of the system:
I= \frac{\tau}{\alpha}= \frac{16.0 Nm}{5.69 rad/s^2} =2.81 kg m^2
