In a fusion reaction, the nuclei of two atoms join to form a single atom of a different element. In such a reaction, a fraction

of the rest energy of the original atoms is converted to kinetic energy of the reaction products. A fusion reaction that occurs in the Sun converts hydrogen to helium. Since electrons are not involved in the reaction, we focus on the nuclei. Hydrogen and deuterium (heavy hydrogen) can react to form helium plus a high-energy photon called a gamma ray:^1 H + ^2 H \longrightarrow ^3 He + \gammaObjects involved in the reaction:

Where in the motion is the magnitude of the force from the spring on the object zero? Where in the motion is the magnitude of th
kkurt [141]

Answer:

1. The magnitude of the force from the spring on the object is zero on Equilibrium.

2. The magnitude of the force from the spring on the object is a maximum on The top and bottom.

3. The magnitude of the net force on the object is zero on The Bottom.

4. The magnitude of the force on the object is a maximum on the Top.

Explanation:

1. Because the change in position delta X is zero.

2. Because of delta X.

3. Beacuse, the force of gravity and the force of the spring oppose each other to keep the block at rest, away from the equilibrium position.

4. Because, the force of the spring from compressiom and the force of gravity both act on the mass.

Discuss why Wolpert says we have a brain.
ycow [4]

Answer:

“We have a brain for one reason and one reason only, and that's to produce adaptable and complex movements,” stated Wolpert, Director of the Computational and Biological Learning Lab at the University of Cambridge. ... The evidence for this is in how well we've learned to mimic our movements using computers and robots.
