Speed of car leaving wallace be x mph 

Speed of car leaving vernonville will be ( x+10) mph 

1.6 ( x + x+10) = 192

2x + 10 = 120

2x = 110

ANSWER Wallace car = 55 mph Vernonville = 65mph
