Using the average velocity formula which is total distance divided by total time. If the distance is given in km convert to m then divide by 1000 to get m and if time is given in minutes then divide by 60 to get seconds. And after converting, divide to get your final answer in m/s. Hope that helped!

The relationship between power, force, and velocity is ______?
Kipish [7]

Answer: P = FV becuase all of them are equal in strength.

Explanation: In the straight forward cases where a constant force moves an object at constant velocity, the power is just P = Fv. In a more general case where the velocity is not in the same direction as the force, then the scalar product offorce and velocity must be used. P = Power, F = Force, V = Velocity.

If a toy has a mass of 1 kg, it has an Earth weight of
marshall27 [118]

Answer:

The answer is 9.8 N

Explanation:

As we know that the weight of an object is the amount of gravitational force acting on the object in an upward direction if the weight is acting is the downward direction.

The formula of weight:

W = Mass x Gravitational force

W = m x g

Given data:

Mass =1 kg

g = 9.8 ms-2

W = 1kg x 9.8 ms-2 = 9.8 kgms-2 ( 1 kgms-2 = N)

SO,

W = 9.8 N

The toy has an earth weight of 9.8 N.

A 12 v automobile battery is connected to an electric starter motor. the current through the motor is 206
vampirchik [111]
Power = (voltage) x (current). The motor consumes (12)x(206)=2,472 watts. Some of it is dissipated as heat, but most of it is used to do useful work by turning the engine over to make it start.

What happens to the kinetic energy of a body when: a) the mass of the body is doubled at constant velocity? b) the velocity of t
blagie [28]
Using the formula KE=1/2mv^2

a: The kinetic energy doubles.
b: The kinetic energy quadruples.
c: The kinetic energy is cut in half.
