Okay, so this is a PV=NRT problem
We know that V1/T1 = V2/T2 from the formula.
T1 is given as 25 degrees
V1 is given as 5 Liters
If the temperature decreases by 10 degrees, then T2 would be 25-10, so V2 is 15

Now, we can plug everything into the formula
5/25 = T2/15
(5/25) * 15 = T2
Therefore, T2 = 5/25 * 15L. When you simplify this, you get 3L
Therefore, the new volume of the gas is 3L

Hope this helped ^_^

Gastric acid pH can range from 1 to 4, and most of the acid is HCl.
erma4kov [3.2K]

Given the molarity of the solution is3.03*10^{-2}.

The volume of the solution is 10.9/1000 L

Number of moles of HCl = Molarity * volume of the solution in L

Number of moles of HCl =3.03*10^{-2}*\frac{1000}{10.9}

Number of moles of HCl = 2.7 moles.

Therefore number of moles of HCl in 10.9 ml of the stomach acid is 2.7 moles

A student takes a measured volume of 3.00 M HCl to prepare a 50.0 mL sample of 1.80 M HCL. What volume of 3.00 M HCI
netineya [11]

To solve the question you use the following formula:

concentration (1) × volume (1) = concentration (1) × volume (1)

3 M ×  volume (1)  = 1.8 M × 50 mL

volume (1)  = (1.8 M × 50 mL) / 3 M = 30 mL

What is limiting reagent?<br>:~}
Varvara68 [4.7K]

Explanation:

The limiting reagent (or limiting reactant or limiting agent) in a chemical reaction is a reactant that is totally consumed when the chemical reaction is completed. The amount of product formed is limited by this reagent, since the reaction cannot continue without it.
