Answer:

The interaction of solute and solvent in which the solute specie gets stabilized is known as solvation. In the solution, the solvent surrounds the ion. Like attracts like. Polar solvents solvate polar solutes and non-polar solutes are solvated by non-polar solvents such as Benzene.

Example of solvation-Hydration where water molecules are solvent and surround a polar solute.

A biker rides on an upward-sloped road inclined at a 15.0° angle with the horizontal. If he moves at a constant speed of 2.0 met
IrinaVladis [17]

With total velocity v=2.0\,\dfrac{\mathrm m}{\mathrm s}, the horizontal component of velocity is

v_x=\left(2.0\,\dfrac{\mathrm m}{\mathrm s}\right)\cos15.0^\circ\approx1.93\,\dfrac{\mathrm m}{\mathrm s}

Then the horizontal displacement over the first minute is

s_x=\left(1.93\,\dfrac{\mathrm m}{\mathrm s}\right)(60\,\mathrm s)\approx116\,\mathrm m

An expression representing a chemical reaction; the formulas of the reactants are connected by an arrow with the formulas for th
wariber [46]

Explanation:

A chemical reaction is a reaction in which two or more species combine together to form a molecule with a new chemical composition.

In a chemical reaction, the reactants are written on left hand side pointing a forward arrow towards the products which are written on the right hand side.

For example, chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen will result in the formation of water. The reaction equation will be as follows.

          2H_{2} + O_{2} \rightarrow 2H_{2}O

3. Explain why one side of the single magnet attracted the metal surface, but repelled the stack of magnets
valina [46]

Answer:

Explained

Explanation:

one side of the single magnet attracted the metal surface, but repelled the stack of magnets because  magnet's both poles  try to attract by inducing opposite pole on the metal surface,but the pole closer to the metal is able to induce more magnetic character .so, attractive force due to this is more strong as the distance is also less as compared to the other pole.
