Answer: Flyash

Explanation:

Flyash is a waste produced after the combustion of the coal in a power plant. The ash is in the form of small dark flakes.

The natural gas is a fuel which is produced by the degradation and decomposition of the organic matter generated from plant and animal matter. The following are the sources of the natural gas: oils, wells, biomass and landfill as they are sources of deposited organic matter. But flyash contains very less organic content.

Answer:

Bronsted Lowry

Explanation:

Acid is defined as a proton donor.

While base is a proton acceptor

What is an acid An acid

An acid is a substance that donates protons or accepts a pair of valence electrons to form a bond

What is a base?

A base is a substance that can accept protons or donate a pair of valence electrons to form a bond. Bases can be thought of as the chemical opposite of acids.

a rifle is used during the biathlon event in the Olympics the rifle has a mass of 2.5 kg the bullet has amass of 0.02 kg after t
Nataliya [291]
The momentum before is zero because nothing is moving. Note that because momentum is a conserved vector, the total momentum after the shot is also zero. You just have to add the products of mass and velocity in opposite directions. So the answer is zero

A golf ball is hit horizontally off the edge of a 30 m high cliff and lands a distance of 25 m from the edge of the cliff. What
Ratling [72]

Answer:

V₀y = 0 m/s

t = 2.47 s

V₀ₓ = 61.86 m/s

Vₓ = 61.86 m/s

Explanation:

Since, the ball is hit horizontally, there is no vertical component of velocity at initial point. So, the initial vertical velocity (V₀y) will beL

V₀y = 0 m/s

For the initial vertical velocity of golf ball we consider the vertical motion and apply 2nd equation of motion:

Y = V₀y*t + (0.5)gt²

where,

Y = Height = 30 m

g = 9.8 m/s²

t = time to hit the ground = ?

Therefore,

30 m = (0 m/s)(t) + (0.5)(9.8 m/s²)t²

t² = 30 m/4.9 m/s²

t = √6.122 s²

t = 2.47 s

For initial vertical velocity we analyze the horizontal motion of the ball. We neglect the frictional effects in horizontal motion thus the speed remains uniform. Hence,

V₀ₓ = Xt

where,

V₀ₓ = Initial vertical Velocity = ?

X = Horizontal Distance = 25 m

Therefore,

V₀ₓ = (25 m)(2.47 s)

V₀ₓ = 61.86 m/s

Due, to uniform motion in horizontal direction:

Final Vertical Velocity = Vₓ = V₀ₓ

Vₓ = 61.86 m/s

What does the membrane in the cochlea do
what is the membranes function in the ear
elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

The cochlea detects sound and is tonotopically organized

The cochlea is the auditory sense organ within the inner ear that is responsible for hearing. The cochlea is a coiled, fluid-filled tube that is split into three chambers by two membranes, Reissner's membrane and the basilar membrane
