Answer:

The only ocean surface current that is not driven by winds is “global conveyor belt.

This current is caused by changes in temperatures, salinity and density. The densest waters have to descend to the bottom of the sea moving the less dense towards the surface. The density of water depends on the degree of salinity and temperature. Colder waters are denser and go to the seabed, displacing the other hotter waters to the surface.

The special relationship between the ohm, the ampere, and the volt can be expressed using what?
german

Answer:

Ohm's law: I = V / R

Explanation:

V, I, and R, the parameters of Ohm's law

with

V = voltage in Volt

I = current in Ampere

R = resistance in Ohm

Ohm's law states that the current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the voltage across the two points. Introducing the constant of proportionality.

The following equation is known as Ohm's law:

I = V / R

You can also write Ohm's law as

V = I * R

You can also write Ohm's law as

R = V / I

Ohm's law states that the R in this relation is constant, independent of the current

What causes a siamese cat to have dark fur on some parts of its body?
larisa86 [58]

Answer

The colder areas of its body are darker in color (extremities)

Explanation:

Siamese cats fur is darker in the cooler parts of the skin (extremities), such as ears, nose, tail and paws. Conversely, warmer parts of the body were associated with white- or light grey-colored fur. Moreover, Siamese cats have a highly recognized 'mask' on their face for the same reason.

What is the conversion factor between kg/m^3 and g/m^3. Express your experimental values for the densities in kg/m^3.
romanna [79]

1000 g = 1 kilog (10³⇒kilo)

so, \frac{1000 g}{m^{3} }=\frac{1 kg}{m^{3} }

Since I don't have your values from your experiment, I'm assuming you have your mass values in g. Your teacher wants them in kg, so divide each value (g) by 1000 .

Then divide this mass (now in kg) by your volume in m³. This will make your density units kg/m³
