From all the lipids, the trans fat are the less healthy in our body because they reduce the "good" colesterol (HDL) and increases the "bad" colesterol (LDL). Also, in a person with a diet of an average quantity of 2000 calories, it is recommended a maximum number of  2 grams of trans fat. In the case of peanut butter, it has 5 g.

Also the chocolate mini cookies, it has more proteins that are the ones which produce muscles and tissues to the body.
