An integer is a whole number and the product of numbers means to multiply them. So so we know that:
x * y = x - 50

So the product (x * y) is 50 less than one of the integers ( x - 50)

I can divide both sides by x:
y = (x - 50) / x where x is not zero
y = x/x - 50/x
y = 1 - 50/ x

x can no longer be zero since you cannot divide by zero

the only way for y to be a whole number is if 50/x is a whole number. 50/x can onky be a whole number if x is a factor of 50. so take any factor of 50 and that will be possible answers.
factors of 50: 1,2,5,10,25,50

these would be possible x values. To to find corresponding y values plug in x
y = 1 - 50/1
y = 1 - 50
y = -49
So first pair is (1, -49)
do the same for the rest and get
(2, -24)
(5, -9)
(10, -4)
(25, -1)
(50, 0)

Answer:

n=\frac{189}{104}

Step-by-step explanation:

7−2(8n−3)=4(n−2)(22)

Step 1: Simplify both sides of the equation.

7−2(8n−3)=4(n−2)(22)

7+(−2)(8n)+(−2)(−3)=88n+−176(Distribute)

7+−16n+6=88n+−176

(−16n)+(7+6)=88n−176(Combine Like Terms)

−16n+13=88n−176

−16n+13=88n−176

Step 2: Subtract 88n from both sides.

−16n+13−88n=88n−176−88n

−104n+13=−176

Step 3: Subtract 13 from both sides.

−104n+13−13=−176−13

−104n=−189

Step 4: Divide both sides by -104.

-\frac{104n}{104} =-\frac{189}{104} \\n=\frac{189}{104}

Answer:

n=\frac{189}{104} \\

Hope this helps

Given that x=3sinθ-2 and y=3cosθ+4.Show that (x+2)²+ (y-4)²=9
asambeis [7]

Answer:

First, plug-in x and y as 3sinθ-2 and 3cosθ+4 into the equation, respectively:

((3\sin (\theta)-2)+2)^2 + ((3\cos (\theta)+4)-4)^2 = 9

Then, +2 and -2 cancel out and +4 and -4 cancel out as well, leaving you with:

(3\sin(\theta))^2+(3\cos(\theta))^2=9

We can factor out 3^2 = 9 from both equations:

9(\sin(\theta)^2+cos(\theta)^2) = 9

We know from a trigonometric identity that \sin(\theta)^2+cos(\theta)^2 = 1, meaning we can reduce the equation to:

9(1) = 9

9=9

And therefore, we have shown that (x+2)^2 + (y-4)^2 = 9, if x=3sinθ-2 and y=3cosθ+4.

Hope this helped you.

Would it still be 3.19? Because you don't need to round to 3.20 because 3.192 <--- the 2 won't do anything.. If it's 5 or hig

Yes, remember this 4 or less let it rest, 5 or more let it soar.
