The possible effects of fetal alcohol syndrome is premature birth, low birth weight, facial deformities, limb deformities,kidney problems, growth development, jitteriness, mood instability, difficulty in school, behavioral issues, vision issues, poor brain development, learning disabilities.
It kind of stretches and once you excrercise a lot your muscles could get sore but for the next time you'll be much stronger and healthy:)
