Take deep breaths dont think about it and picture everyone in their underwhere and maybe close your eyes if u are not doing anything physical

Hey there,

Answer: I know 3 ways

1. Be prepared by practicing as much as you can
2. Limit your sugar intake before the performance - in other words, don't eat too much of sweets before your performance
3. Stop scaring yourself with the thoughts "Something might go wrong"
