so it is given as

\omega = \frac{\Delta \theta}{\Delta t}

here we know that seconds hand will complete one revolution in 60 s

so we have angular displacement is given as

\Delta \theta = 2\pi

\Delta t = 60 s

so we have

\omega = \frac{2\pi}{60}

\omega = \frac{\pi}{30} rad/s
