In theory this should work.

If you take any shape of gold and put it in a container of water (the water being filled right to the top) and measure the overflow of water you get the volume of the object.

If you then measure its mass, you can get the density with this formula
Density = mass of object made of gold / the amount of water overflow

Given the crude methods Archimedes had at his disposal, any answer between 15 and 20 for the density would have been acceptable. If the object has any other impurities in it, the density would fall well below 19 or even 15 if there were enough impurities in it.

The electron configuration of bromine is 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d10 4p5 classify electrons in each.
bulgar [2K]

Bromine has the following electron configuration: 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d10 4p5. categorize the electrons in each. Answer for video: The video player is loaded.

On the periodic chart, row 5, column 7, is where you can find a chemical element that was identified in 1811. It has a proton count of 53 and an atomic mass of 126.9. Iodine's atom, then, contains 53 electrons in the following configuration: 1s2, 2s2, 2p6, 3s2, 3d10, 4p6, 5s2, 4d10, 5p5 (Kr 4d10 5s2 5p5). Cu Z = 29 has an electrical arrangement of 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d10 4s1. Copper (Co) has the following electron configuration: 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s3 3p6 4s2 3d7. If a chemist were to refer to Copper by its subshell, they would abbreviate this notation to "3d7."

Explain why the C―Ha bond is much more acidic than the C―Hb bond in pentan-2-one. Select the single best answer. 253 Ha is less
mafiozo [28]

Answer:

Ha is more acidic than Hb because loss of Ha forms a resonance-stabilized conjugate base.

Explanation:

The carbon atom that is next to the carbonyl group in pentan-2-one is known as the alpha carbon atom, this carbon atom bears the Ha, the alpha hydrogen atoms.

Ha is more acidic than Hb because, loss of Ha leads to the formation of a resonance stabilized enolate ion. This resonance stabilization of the ion formed makes loss of Ha an easier process than loss of Hb, hence the answer above.

Process by which plants, algae, and many types of bacteria use sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide to make food and oxygen
Katena32 [7]

Answer: Photosynthesis

Explanation:

The process of photosynthesis is used to help make food for plants. The inputs are sunlight, water (H2O), and carbon dioxide (CO2). Then the outputs are glucose (C6H12O6) which is food, and oxygen (O2) is released.

I hope this helps :)
