How much force is needed to accelerate a 1000-kg car at a rate of 3 m/s2? a 1003 N b 0.003 N c 3000 N d 333.3 N
Bogdan [553]

Answer:

Option c.

Explanation:

According to Newton's law, formula to solve this problem is:

F = m . a

Mass → 1000 kg

a → 3 m/s²

F = 1000 kg . 3m/s² → 3000 N

1 N = 1 kg . m/s² according to SI, Internation System of units.

If you looked at a glass containing a solution and a glass containing a suspension, how could you tell which glass contained the

Over time, the particles in the suspension would settle to the bottom when the movement keeping them suspended fades away. This will not happen with a solution.

How many atoms of gold are in a pure gold coin weighing 12.0g?
grigory [225]
12.0g x 1 mol / 63.546g = 0.188839581mol

So, for every 1 mole, we have 6.022 x 10^23 of whatever we're measuring. This gives us a conversion factor of (1 mole / 6.022 x 10^23 atoms) or (6.022 x 10^23 atoms / 1 mole).

0.188839581 mol x (6.022 x 10^23 atoms) / 1 mol = 1.137191955 x 10^23

Remember from before that we are limited to 3 significant figures. Since our calculations are complete, we can now round down to: 1.14 x 10^23

That should be your answer!

Hope it helps!

Pls hurrry
what are greenhouse effect 1 paragraph and come friends
Kay [80]
The greenhouse effect is a natural process that warms the Earth’s surface. When the Sun’s energy reaches the Earth’s atmosphere, some of it is reflected back to space and the rest is absorbed and re-radiated by greenhouse gases.
Greenhouse gases include water vapour, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, ozone and some artificial chemicals such as chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
The absorbed energy warms the atmosphere and the surface of the Earth. This process maintains the Earth’s temperature at around 33 degrees Celsius warmer than it would otherwise be, allowing life on Earth to exist.
