Answer:

c. Mountain winds

Explanation:

Seasons are the four divisions of an year marked by the set weather pattern and amount of solar energy.

The Earth is tilted at an angle of 23.5 degrees. As the Earth revolves around the Sun, at different time of the year, different hemisphere points towards the Sun. In northern hemisphere, summers occur when the axis about which the Earth rotates points towards the Sun. At the same time, there is winter in the Southern hemisphere.

Summer is followed by Autumn, then winter is followed by springs. The amount of solar energy received by a hemisphere is maximum in summers and minimum in winters. This is due to the tilt of the Earth. The equatorial region receives the direct sun rays while in higher latitudes, the sun rays fall obliquely.

A radio station broadcasts its music with waves at a frequency of 7.34 x 10²Hz. These radio waves travel at a speed of 3.00x 10%
Lorico [155]

Answer:

See below

Explanation:

I will use   3 x 10^8 m/s for speed or wave

speed = wavelength * frequency

3 x 10^8  = w * 7.34 x 10^2     <====== are you sure this isn't KILO Hz ?

w = 408719. 3 meters

A wheel has a constant angular acceleration of 4.5 rad/s2. during a certain 5.0 s interval, it turns through an angle of 128 rad
dalvyx [7]
The solution for this problem is through this formula:Ø = w1 t + 1/2 ã t^2
where:Ø - angular displacement w1 - initial angular velocity t - time ã - angular acceleration
128 = w1 x 4 + ½ x 4.5 x 5^2 128 = 4w1 + 56.254w1 = -128 + 56.25 4w1 = 71.75w1 = 71.75/4
w1 = 17.94 or 18 rad s^-1
w1 = wo + ãt
w1 - final angular velocity
wo - initial angular velocity
18 = 0 + 4.5t t = 4 s

a. How many excess electrons must be distributed uniformly within the volume of an isolated plastic sphere 25.0 cm in diameter t
Agata [3.3K]

Answer:

Explanation:

The electric field outside the sphere is given as,

E = k Q /r²

here Q = n x 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ C

where n is the number of electons

if the dimeter of sphere d= 25 cm= 0.25 m

then the radius r = 0.125 m

we get

n= E r²/ k x 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ C

n = 1350N/C x (0.125m)² / (8.99 x 10⁹ N m²/C² x 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ C)

n = 14664731646
