Answer: B

Baking soda has unique properties. It can be used in multiple ways, like cleaning. Productive means something produces a lot of something. Baking soda does not produce anything. Baking soda does not have distinguishable properties, other things can substitute baking soda.

You connect a 100-resistor, a 800-mH inductor, and a 10.0-uF capacitor in series across a 60.0-Hz, 120-V (peak) source. The impe
steposvetlana [31]

Answer:

Impedance, Z = 107 ohms

Explanation:

It is given that,

Resistance, R = 100 ohms

Inductance, L=800\ mH=800\times 10^{-3}\ H=0.8\ H

Capacitance, C=10\ \mu F=10\times 10^{-6}\ F=10^{-5}\ F

Frequency, f = 60 Hz

Voltage, V = 120 V

The impedance of the circuit is given by :

Z=\sqrt{R^2+(X_C-X_L)^2}...........(1)

Where

X_C is the capacitive reactance, X_C=\dfrac{1}{2\pi fC}

X_C=\dfrac{1}{2\pi \times 60\times 10^{-5}}=265.65\ \Omega

X_L is the inductive reactance, X_L={2\pi fL}

X_L={2\pi \times 60\times 0.8}=301.59\ \Omega

So, equation (1) becomes :

Z=\sqrt{(100)^2+(265.65-301.59)^2}

Z = 106.26 ohms

or

Z = 107 ohms

So, the impedance of the circuit is 107 ohms. Hence, this is the required solution.

Describe the process of sexual reproduction in terms of the life cycle of cells.
umka2103 [35]
The first growth phase (G1): During the G1 stage, the cell doubles in size and doubles the number of organelles.

The synthesis phase (S): The DNA is replicated during this phase. In other words, an identical copy of all the cell’s DNA is made. This ensures that each new cell has a set of genetic material identical to that of the parental cell. This process is called DNA replication.

The second growth phase (G2): Proteins are synthesized that will help the cell divide. At the end of interphase, the cell is ready to enter mitosis.

How would seasons on earth be different if the earth was not tilted on its axis
MakcuM [25]

If the Earth's axis were 'straight' ... pefectly perpendicular to the ecliptic
plane ... then:

-- Day and night would be the same length ... every day of the year,
everywhere on Earth !

-- There wouldn't be any seasons, anywhere.  There might still be some
'weather' ... cloudy days, sunny days, occasional rain, wind etc.  But
there would be no average change during the year.  No hot months or
cold months.  In any one place, the weather would always be generally
the same, every day, all year.  Everywhere all around the equator would be
generally the hottest on Earth, and the local climates would generally get
cooler as you moved away from the equator and toward the poles.
