The correct answer is: Average Power = 500 W

Explanation:
Root-mean square voltage = Vrms = Vpeak /√2 = 100 / √2 volts
Resistance = R = 10 Ω
Average power = Pavg = (Vrms)^2 / R = (100 * 100) / (2 * 10) = 500 W

If you shout at a cliff wall that is 440 m away and the air temperature is at 25 °C, how long will it take before you hear your
ira [324]
The speed of sound at T=25°C is Vs=346 m/s. So the sound has to reach the cliff and return back to you so the path it needs to travel is s=2*440 m = 880 m.
Since the speed of sound is constant s=Vs*t, and t= s/Vs=880/346=2.54335 s. You will hear the echo after t=2.54335 s after you shouted.

Give an example in which a small force exerts a large torque. give another example in which a large force exerts a small torque.
goldenfox [79]
Since the torque involves the product of force times lever arm, a small force can exert a greater torque than a larger force if the small force has a large enough lever arm.

With a large force exerts a small torque is a gate, hinged in its vertical line (axis). When pushed from a point near to the hinge, a very large amount is needed to open the gate.

GIVING BRAINLIEST FIVE STARS AND 25 POINTS!
Ne4ueva [31]

Engines can overheat for many reasons. In general, it's because something's wrong within the cooling system and heat isn't able to escape the engine compartment. The source of the issue could include a cooling system leak, faulty radiator fan, broken water pump, or clogged coolant hose.

Hope it helps! Have a nice day or night!

One difference between a hypothesis and a theory is that a hypothesis
artcher [175]
A hypothesis is a tentative statement which is made to try to explain a known phenomenon but whose truth value is still uncertain, whether it is true or no depends on further research. On the other hand, a theory is made up of hypothesis which have been proven to be true so far, a theory should be able to explain future phenomena successfully
