The Atomic Mass Number is the number underneath the Element symbol and it is the atomic mass of the element. You can easily find the atomic mass(or get a very close number to it) by adding the protons and neutrons together. If there are 2 protons and 2 neutrons, the atomic mass would be 4.

Plants are responsibe for a very important energy transformation what answer
Soloha48 [4]

Plants are chlorophyll-containing photosynthetic organisms. Thus, they convert solar or radiant energy into chemical energy under the process termed as photosynthesis.

<u>Explanation:</u>

  • Plants are chlorophyll-containing photosynthetic living beings. Consequently, they convert radiant energy into chemical energy under the procedure named  photosynthesis.
  • Except for remote ocean hydro-thermal environment, the sun is the only source for all biological systems on earth. Plants catch just 2-10 percent of the solar radiation and transmit it as chemical energy. All creatures are reliant for their nourishment on producers (plants), either directly or indirectly. So there is a stream of energy from the sun (radiant energy) to producers and then to consumers (chemical energy).

The diameter of a biscuit is approximately 51 millimeters (mm). An atom of bismuth (Bi) is approximately 320. picometers (pm) in
astraxan [27]

Answer:

1.5e+8 atoms of Bismuth.

Explanation:

We need to calculate the <em>ratio</em> of the diameter of a biscuit respect to the diameter of the atom of bismuth (Bi):

\\ \frac{diameter\;biscuit}{diameter\;atom(Bi)}

For this, it is necessary to know the values in meters for any of these diameters:

\\ 1m = 10^{3}mm = 1e+3mm

\\ 1m = 10^{12}pm = 1e+12pm

Having all this information, we can proceed to calculate the diameters for the biscuit and the atom in meters.

<h3>Diameter of an atom of Bismuth(Bi) in meters</h3>

1 atom of Bismuth = 320pm in diameter.

\\ 320pm*\frac{1m}{10^{12}pm} = 3.20*10^{-10}m

<h3>Diameter of a biscuit in meters</h3>

\\ 51mm*\frac{1}{10^{3}mm} = 51*10^{-3}m = 5.1*10^{-2}m

<h3>Resulting Ratio</h3>

How many times is the diameter of an atom of Bismuth contained in the diameter of the biscuit? The answer is the ratio described above, that is, the ratio of the diameter of the biscuit respect to the diameter of the atom of Bismuth:

\\ Ratio_{\frac{biscuit}{atom}}= \frac{5.1*10^{-2}m}{3.20*10^{-10}m}

\\ Ratio_{\frac{biscuit}{atom}}= \frac{5.1}{3.20}\frac{10^{-2}}{10^{-10}}\frac{m}{m}

\\ Ratio_{\frac{biscuit}{atom}}= \frac{5.1}{3.20}\frac{10^{-2}}{10^{-10}}\frac{m}{m}

\\ Ratio_{\frac{biscuit}{atom}}= 1.5*10^{-2+10}

\\ Ratio_{\frac{biscuit}{atom}}= 1.5*10^{8}=1.5e+8

In other words, there are 1.5e+8 diameters of atoms of Bismuth in the diameter of the biscuit in question or simply, it is needed to put 1.5e+8 atoms of Bismuth to span the diameter of a biscuit in a line.

Answer:

As the temperature of the water increases, the time needed for the dye to spread decreases. This is because the kinetic energy between the liquid particles increases, therefore helping the dye to dissolve and spread throughout the water.

Ammonia gas decomposes to form nitrogen and hydrogen gases. NH3(g) → N2(g) 3H2(g) If the nitrogen gas is collected in a rigid 2
sveticcg [70]

Decomposition is a chemical reaction that breaks the reactant into two or more products. Moles of nitrogen gas (\rm N_{2}) in the cylinder is 1.63 moles.

<h3>What is the ideal gas equation?</h3>

The ideal gas equation states the relation of the hypothetical ideal gas according to the pressure, volume, temperature and moles of the gas. It is given by,

\rm PV = nRT

Where,

Pressure (P) = 2000 kPa

Volume (V) = 2L

Temperature (T) = 295 K

Gas constant (R)=  0.08206

Substituting values  in the equation:

\begin{aligned} \rm n &= \rm \dfrac{PV}{RT}\\\\&= \dfrac{2000 \times (\dfrac{1}{101.325}) \times 2}{0.08206 \times 295}\\\\&= 1.63\;\rm mol\end{aligned}

Therefore, 1.63 moles are produced.

Select the properly written and balanced equation for the following chemical reaction: Sodium metal and an aqueous solution of m
Setler [38]

Answer:2Na(s)+MgI_2 (aq)\rightarrow 2NaI(aq)+Mg(s)

Explanation: The chemical reaction is written by writing down the chemical formulas of the reactants on the left hand side and the chemical formulas of products on the right hand side separated by a right arrow.

This is a single displacement reaction in which a more reactive element displaces the less reactive element from its salt solution. Thus sodium is more reactive than Mg and thus displaces it from MgI_2.

2Na(s)+MgI_2 (aq)\rightarrow 2NaI(aq)+Mg(s)

The number of atoms of each element must be same on both sides of the reaction so as to follow the law of conservation of mass. Thus the equation is balanced.
