Answer:

(a)  1.3 x 10^6 Hz

(b) 76.73 cm

Explanation:

(a)

the formula for the frequency is given by

f = B q / 2 π m

where, B be the strength of magnetic field, q be the charge on one electron, m is the mass of one electron.

B = 46.7 micro tesla = 46.7 x 10^-6 T

q = 1.6 x 10^-19 C

m = 9.1 x 10^-31 kg

f = (46.7 x 10^-6 x 1.6 x 10^-19) / (2 x 3.14 x 9.1 x 10^-31) = 1.3 x 10^6 Hz

(b) K = 114 eV = 114 x 1.6 x 10^-19 J = 182.4 x 10^-19 J

K = 1/2 mv^2

182.4 x 10^-19 = 0.5 x 9.1 x 10^-31 x v^2

v = 6.3 x 10^6 m/s

r = m v / B q

Where, r be the radius of circular path

r = (9.1 x 10^-31 x 6.3 x 10^6) / (46.7 x 10^-6 x 1.6 x 10^-19)

r = 0.7673 m = 76.73 cm

Which word means "to get away from something"? <br> a become b dream c escape d practice
klemol [59]

The correct answer is - c. escape.

The word ''escape'' means to get away from something. This word can be used for multiple different situations, and it can refer to both physical and psychological matters.

In a physical sense it can be used to escape from certain unpleasant, or dangerous situation. Example: I have to escape from this prison.

In a psychological sense it can be used to escape, move away, from a certain state of mind. Example: I have to find an escape from my depressive thoughts.

A 0.35 m2 coil with 50 turns rotates at 5 radians per sec2 in a magnetic field of 0.6 Tesla. What is the value of the rms curren
soldier1979 [14.2K]

Answer:

11.25 amps

Explanation:

For transformers, the magnetic flux

\Phi _{max} = \beta  \times A

Therefore;

\Phi _{max} = 0.6  \times 0.35 = 0.21 \ Weber

Ф = Фmax (cosωt) = 0.21·(cos(5·t))

From Faraday's law of induction, we have;

ε = -N × dΦ/dt

Which gives;

dΦ/dt = -1.05(sin (5t) )

ε = -N × dΦ/dt = -50× -1.05(sin (5t) )

ε = 52.5(sin (5t) )

I = ε/R = 52.5(sin (5t) )/3.3 = 15.9091(sin (5t) ) amps

The peak current is therefore = 15.9091 amps

The rms current = Peak current /√2 = 15.9091/(√2) = 11.25 amps.

A bug walks exactly halfway around the edge of a circular cupcake with a diameter of 5 cm what is the distance he traveled and w
adelina 88 [10]

The circumference of a circle is (pi) x (diameter)

The circumference of the cupcake is (pi) x (5 cm)

Halfway around is (1/2) x (pi) x (5 cm) = (2.5 pi cm) = <em>about 7.85 cm</em>

The 'why' appears up above, in the first 2 lines of this solution.

A helium-filled balloon occupies a volume of 15 cubic meters at sea level. the balloon is released and raises to a point in the
Elena L [17]

According to Boyle’s law, For a fixed amount of an ideal gas kept at a fixed temperature, P (pressure) and V (volume) are inversely proportional.

Therefore,

P_{1} V_{1} =P_{2} V_{2}

Given P_{1} = 1 atm , V_{1} = 15 \ cubic \ meter and P_{2} = 0.75\ atm.

Thus,

V_{2} = \frac{P_{1}\times V_{1}  }{ P_{2} } = \frac{1\times 15}{0.75} =20 m^3
